What an awesome way to start the day! An invigorating workout for the mind, body, and soul. Nina is an amazing teacher - she is on point with her cues and attention to detail, while being engaging and playful. The workout is challenging and the inward journey she leads with her sound bowls, chimes, and gong is soul stirring. And to top it off, the ocean view from the park is pretty epic.
