“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
Bhagavad Gita
Where it all began for our founder, who credits this thousands year old practice as the first stepping stone into a healing journey, a total life transformation from fear to joy.
Yoga is a discipline of liberation. The body will transform with consistent practice and the mind and soul will follow the flow that is intentionally created as we commit and surrender to the practice.
Yoga is a metaphor for life. Following that logic, our offerings are varied and adaptable for your specific needs and versatile enough to keep group classes fresh as we progress in the exploration of this beautiful system of purpose and devotion.
From power vinyasa to restorative, we offer yoga for all your moods. Classes range from 45 min to 75 min.
“If you can’t decide, compromise.”
Nina Raab
We don’t have a lot to say here.
Like a spritzer, we are mixing two things and having fun. Yoga with reps, you could say.
Yoga with a little 100 pump here and a little donkey kick sequence there.
Set to upbeat music, be ready for a little sweat and a lot of fun. Class is 60 minutes.

No need to explain why we believe in mat pilates.
Similar to yoga in the use of breath to movement, but traditionally practiced in cooler temperature rooms, mat pilates should be a staple practice for anyone looking forward to aging with amazing posture, continually improving flexibility, and developing incredible strength and stamina.
There is a lot of repetition of small movement, so it feels more like a traditional workout than yoga does for the novice.
Mat pilates can be classical or modern or a fusion of both, but either way, you can expect an intense, low impact workout that will access musculature usually missed by the traditional gym machines and strength and conditioning go to movements.
This class lasts 45 minutes.

Barre is what happens when ballet and pilates have a love child.
This child is fun! A 45 minute, upbeat, music-driven workout set to put a smile on your face and keep you busy enough to stave off all intrusive thoughts and negative self talk comments.
Groove and sweat.
Get a pump on your muscles and a pump in your heart as you strengthen and lengthen with high rep sets synched up to the latest dance beats. Barre is not for quitters.
Get ready to go go go then hold, then go.
We are looking to work toward failure.
“The new science of psychoacoustics — the study of the effect of music and sound on the human nervous system — shows that [frequency] can relieve pain, help stroke patients, and benefit other conditions”

Let yourself melt into a carefree state. We begin with very gentle movement designed to prepare the body to receive healing vibration. Optional meditations are offered for those who choose to sit.
You will close your eyes and allow the vibrations in the room to penetrate into your cells. Quartz Crystal bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and planetary, among other instruments, will interact to carry you through visualizations or to hold you up in clouds of stillness alike.
This is a luxurious experience, often involving smell, touch, sight, and taste enhancements. Only come if you like to treat yourself, guilt free. Sessions are 45 minutes long,
“Life is a continuous vibration of up and down. And in this up and down, try to be neutral; be seated in your own spiritual integrity”.
Yogi Bhajan
According to Yogi Bhajan, who brought Kundalini Yoga as we know in the West to the Los Angeles are in the 1970’s, Kundalini yoga is “simply the uncoiling of yourself to find your potential and your vitality and to reach your virtues.
There is nothing outside, everything is you. You are the storehouse of your totality.”
We see KY as a very powerful system that is very focused and creates hight energy so the effects of the practice can be felt
more quickly. Each class begins with a tuning in. It is a process by which the teacher becomes a channel and abandons any agendas to then pass on as authentic a teaching as possible to the student with all its original intent.
Once tuning in happens and the warm up begins, mantra will be heard/chanted, and a kriya will be practiced. Kriya is what we call the set of postures/asana in Kundalini. There are thousands of kriyas for every purpose imaginable. Pranayama and meditation will usually take place as well. Gong is experienced during savasana. Classes are 60 to 75 minutes long.
“If you think lifting weights is dangerous, try being weak. Being weak is dangerous.”
Bret Contreras
We love our yoga and we love our pilates.
We believe in risk-free, low impact systems to build a great foundation and to stay injury free so that we can be excellent and passionate in life. We do, however, like to take it to the next level and continually grow.
For the serious householder/athlete (we believe in your inner athlete and we are here for it), resistance becomes key.
There is a point where we plateau in our improvements and, for some, that’s a sign to hang up the old hat and relax.
For others, for the life explorers, for the curious ones, there is always another level. For that type, we offer a variety of resistance training programs paired with cardiovascular conditioning to create an all around healthy and balanced body for you to experience this amazing life in.
Our initial premise seeks to keep you injury free and progressively challenged both physically, mentally, and spiritually with the daily goal of an intentional life, a purposeful existence, and an adaptable, open mind.
Sessions are 50 minutes.
Workshops offer the opportunity to delve deeper into the study of the 8 Limbs.
Asana or Postures are the 3rd limb. There are others such as ethical rules and personal practices for a yogic lifestyle, breath control, and meditation, to name a few.
Workshops offer many opportunities to bring more dimensions of meaning to your practice and open up new paths of discovery and interests as you mature in your 5D lifestyle practice.
